Users' messages to Orchid are currently not receiving replies. We've identified an issue with our upstream messaging provider that is preventing outbound texts from being delivered. Incoming messages are still being received and processed, and no data has been lost; replies will be delivered once delivery is restored. We're working on a fix and will post updates here.
